A woman who battled an eating disorder reveals how she won her battle to get slim ‘the healthy way.’
Hannah Hindmarsh, 26, from Bishops Waltham, Southampton, shed six and a half stone and developed bulimia following the breakdown of her relationship.
But she finally began to eat healthily again after her dangerously restrictive diet caused her to collapse with an anxiety attack and she was rushed into hospital.

Now back to full health, Hannah has shared her body transformation on Facebook to reveal the dangers of fad diets – and she has now racked up almost 20,000 followers on Instagram.
Hannah, who works on Hampshire’s Youth Offending Team, said: ‘In the past seven years there have been some incredible lows for me, but I just hope that nobody else falls into the dangerous trap that I did and if my story can make a change to other young women’s lives, then I will be even more proud.’
Hannah tipped the scales at 15st 7lb by gorging on burgers, fries egg and sausage sandwiches, pies, bread and butter and an array of crisps, sweets, chocolate and entire packets of biscuits. She realised how fat she looked when she was about to go on holiday to Spain with her boyfriend in January 2008 and shed 3.5 stone by going to Weight Watchers. Read full article
